Plans to create infrastructure for Far Eastern hectares from 2019 will be included in various state programs, TASS reported citing the Ministry for Economic Development of the Russian Far East.
Khabarovsk Territory and Yakutia have already announced the need to create infrastructure for the recipients of the Far Eastern hectare. Khabarovsk Territory will receive more than 300 million rubles for the construction of a new settlement in the Lazo region, and Yakutia - more than 80 million rubles, said Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the development of the Far East Sergey Kachaev.
He added that two more regions have sent their applications for infrastructure development. Two new settlements will appear as a result of the compact placement of the Far Eastern hectares in Sakhalin. In the Amur region, funds are provided for the construction of a highway to expand the boundaries of existing settlements.
"I believe that within April these applications will also be considered and approved," the deputy minister said.
According to him, other regions of the Far East also define the territories of a compact location of the Far Eastern hectares, and the land recipients choose the types of future use of their plots. After the citizens decide on the prospects for the development of the territory, the regional authorities create new or expand the boundaries of already existing settlements. Besides, the composition of the necessary infrastructure is determined and urban planning and design documentation is developed.
