Japanese companies NEDO, Komaihaltec Inc., Mitsui & Co. intend to realize the construction of a fleet of wind turbines in Tiksi. The parties intend to make every effort to install wind generators by autumn 2018. The full operation of the system is scheduled for autumn 2019.
