Finance Minister of Yakutia Valery Zhondorov at a meeting of the republican government on April 11 said that the total volume of the Investment Program of the region for 2018 is planned to be increased by 1 billion 680 million rubles, mainly at the cost of federal funds.
Thus, 677.8 million rubles from other interbudgetary transfers from the federal budget will be used to create extra beds in pre-school educational institutions for children aged 2 months to 3 years. From these same sources, 874.3 million rubles will be allocated for the implementation of measures for the social development of the centers for economic growth in the Far East.
Also, according to Valery Zhondorov, at the expense of the State Corporation - the Fund for Assistance in Reforming the Housing and Communal Services, the completion of measures for the modernization of communal infrastructure systems in the amount of 22.1 million rubles will be financed.
From gratuitous receipts from non-governmental organizations for 2018, 81.5 million rubles are planned to be used for gasification of populated areas, for the construction and reconstruction of communal and energy facilities, as well as educational facilities in the republic.
"Thus, the total expenditure of the state budget investment program for 2018 will amount to 13 billion 147 million rubles," the speaker said.
Besides, changes were made in the investment program of the republic for 2019 and 2020. In 2019, the work on creating extra beds for toddlers and implementing the measures for the social development of the economic growth centers of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation that are part of the Far Eastern Federal District will be continued. To finance these activities, the Investment Program for 2019 will be increased by 981.6 million rubles.
For 2020, the increase will amount to 386.9 million rubles for the implementation of social development plans for the centers of economic growth of the Far Eastern regions. Recall, Yakutia received approval for a number of facilities for a total of 1.7 billion rubles. Among them is the construction of a secondary school building No. 35 in Yakutsk, overhaul of the Neryungri children's polyclinic and the reconstruction of utilities in Neryungri, a new building of a comprehensive gymnasium in Khandyga, a multi-purpose sports hall in Srednekolymsk. In addition, the basic infrastructure of the system of secondary vocational education of the republic will be upgraded.
The workshop on the construction of social infrastructure, held in March this year in Yakutsk under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister of Russia - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev, approved the proposal of the head of Yakutia Egor Borisov to include two more large-scale health facilities of region-wide importance in the Social Development Plan - Cardiology Health Center (stage 2) and Republican Cancer Center (stage 2).
